UCP does not make refunds of the value of the purchased items, except for stock rupture or other impossibility to satisfy the orders placed. However, the customer is entitled to return the items if he finds any defect in the items provided or any other non-conformity impossible to replace.

In this case, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the product but will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product if he doesn't choose to return it in person.

According to the applicable rules, the customer can, within a period of 15 days, exchange a product purchased, for another or others that make up an equal or higher value than the original purchase.

Any exchange or return can only occur if the products:

·     Have not been worn or washed. The customer has the right to try on the products but not to wear them.

·     Keep the original characteristics and the packaging has not been damaged

·     Are complete

To request exchanges and returns the customer must contact the store via email papelaria@lisboa.ucp.pt
